We are currently open to hiring REMOTE team members, provided the candidate has prior experience working with a State Farm Agent and is proficient with the corresponding systems — NECHO, ECRM, SFPP.
Responsibilities:
- Build new client relationships and provide exceptional support to existing clients
- Educate customers on insurance products and help determine the best coverage for their needs
- Generate leads through referrals, outreach, and warm lead follow-up
- Cross-sell and upsell insurance solutions to maximize customer protection
- Help customers protect their families, property, and financial well-being
- Stay informed on industry trends, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory changes
- Active Property & Casualty License
- REMOTE applicants must have prior experience with a State Farm Agent and be proficient in the corresponding systems: NECHO, ECRM, SFPP
- Must be willing to obtain Life and Health license
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve and work independently in a remote environment
- Proven experience in sales and customer-facing roles
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Experience working remotely
- Self-starter exhibiting ownership and execution mentality
- Base pay plus commission/bonuses
- Base pay starting range: $38,000 - $71,236, determined during interview and dependent on experience
- Paid time off, including incentive time off
- Monday–Friday work schedule, closed at 4 PM on Fridays
