What You’ll Do:
- Generate Opportunities
- Make outbound calls to prospects, leads, referrals, and existing customers
- Re-engage previous quotes and inactive prospects
- Identify potential insurance and financial services needs
- Generate referrals through customer conversations
- Schedule Appointments
- Set appointments for licensed sales professionals
- Confirm upcoming appointments
- Conduct warm transfers when appropriate
- Maintain a full pipeline of opportunities for the sales team
- Build Relationships
- Create positive first impressions
- Build rapport and trust with customers
- Ask discovery questions to uncover opportunities
- Represent our agency professionally and enthusiastically
- Maintain Records
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Update CRM systems daily
- Track opportunities and follow-up activities
- Maintain organized customer records
- Make 100–150 outbound calls
- Have 15–20 meaningful conversations
- Set 3–8 appointments
- Complete warm transfers
- Generate referrals
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation
